These are some frequently asked questions that our customers ask us!

Q: Are Triple M chairs beneficial for long hours of sitting? 
A: Triple M chairs are good for your back, and provide lumbar support and a cushioned headrest essential for your back health. They are the perfect solution for common problems that arise from many hours sitting at a desk whether gaming or in the office. ​ Whether you work for a few hours or longer periods, these chairs provide back support and straighten your posture.

Q: Are these chairs better than a regular office chair? 
A: Triple M chairs do provide better ergonomic support for longer sessions, with higher backs, more adjustment options, and lumbar cushions for ultimate support over lower profile, and less cushioned standard office chairs. 

Q: Are the armrests adjustable? 
A: On our Pro Series, LED series and Executive series - the armrests are fully adjustable. On our dynamic series, the armrests are stationary and do not adjust. 

Q: Do all of the chairs include lumbar and head support pillows? 
A: Yes, all of our chair series include complimentary lumbar and head rest pillows. Triple M chairs are the most ergonomic and versatile chairs because of being able to adjust the headrest and lumbar pillow. Their presence will enable you to remove the tension from your back, arising from long sitting periods. 

Q: How long does it take to break in a Triple M chair? 
A: It should break in and soften after a few weeks of usage. This is by design - our chairs utilize high-density cold-cure foam to provide ample support and cushioning that lasts, unlike the thin foam of generic chairs that ends up getting compressed after prolonged usage.
 
Q: What is your return policy? 
A: We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, provided the chair is in the original packaging and is unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
